★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場はないので、路上駐車か、道の駅に停めて歩いて5分。芝生とベンチしかないですよ。人は滅多にいないのでピクニックには最適。
There is no parking lot, so you can park on the street or park at the roadside station and walk for 5 minutes. There are only lawns and benches. Great for picnics as few people are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりあえず広い場所と芝生はある。でもまぁそれだけ。台風の被害とやらで展望広場には登れない。
どうやら避難所としての活用を想定しているらしく、あえて遊具などを置かず、テントを張れるように平地の芝生面積を稼いでいるように思う。
遊ぶ方としてはちょっと物足りないかなぁ。有事の際に子供が遊ぶ場所ぐらいあってもいいと思うんだけど。あと災害時に使用する場所が台風被害で壊れるってどうなんだろう。
For the time being, there is a large area and a lawn. But that's it. I can't climb the observation square because of the damage from the typhoon.
Apparently, it is supposed to be used as an evacuation center, and I think that I dare not put playground equipment etc. and earn a lawn area on the flat ground so that I can set up a tent.
I wonder if it's a little unsatisfactory for those who play. I think it's okay to have a place for children to play in case of an emergency. Also, what if the place used in the event of a disaster is destroyed by typhoon damage?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年台風21号の大雨による斜面崩壊の恐れから、展望広場への階段が封鎖されて残念です。
It is a shame that the stairs to the observation plaza were blocked because of the fear of slope collapse due to heavy rain of Typhoon No. 21 in 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特に遊具が置いているとかもなく、展望広場に続く道は台風の影響により、現在は封鎖されています。
芝生は時々、手入れされている感じなので、綺麗でした。
The road leading to the observation plaza is currently blocked due to the effects of the typhoon, especially because of the playset.
The lawn was beautiful, as it sometimes feels like it's being groomed.

意味もなく高いところが好きな人、運動不足でちょっと歩きたい人には、お勧めです。
駐車場はありません。
どうしても車で来たい人は、道の駅「かつらぎ」でお買い物、食事をして、そこから歩きましょう。
The outlook is good, but that's it.
It is recommended for those who like high places without meaning or who want to walk a little due to lack of exercise.
There is no parking lot.
If you definitely want to come by car, go shopping at the roadside station Katsuragi, have a meal, and walk from there.
