炸串とは揚げた串で甘辛に七味たっぷりで出てきます。牛肉と鸡胗（鶏の砂肝）をいただく。どちらも美味しく酒がすすむ。
麻辣烫 （400円）を注文（烫…湯の異体字）
豚骨スープなんだけど麻辣味（七味と中国山椒）で辛い、けど、何とも癖になる美味さ。スープの中身の基本は粉条という春雨に小松菜。今回それに麺（100円）を付けたけど、次は他のオプションが面白いかな。お腹にたまります。
店内には中国人のみ。それなりににぎわってました。日本にはない味だけど美味いし、とにかく安いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階はアヒル肉を部位ごとに販売、持ち帰りのみになっています。奥に進むと2階への階段があり、麻辣湯などの食事ができます。今回3回目ですが、基本的に日本語は通じます。(通じなくても指差などで注文できます)
おすすめは麻辣湯との事ですが、回りのお客さんはさまざまなメニューを注文していました。
基本はプレーンの麻辣湯や麻辣米線にトッピングを追加していきます。迷ったらお薦めを聞いてもいいかもしれません。中国に行った事は無いですが、いい意味で本国感のある味とお店の雰囲気です。留学生と思われる若い方が多く、日本語は聞こえて来ません、
麻辣湯、水餃子とマトンの串も注文しましたが、どれも美味しく頂きました。
会計は伝票ではなく一階に降り、テーブル番号告げるだけです。
時間帯によっては行列しています。

店員さんからは中国語で話しかけられるけど日本語で返すと日本語で対応してくれます。
鴨肉等の煮物は当然美味しいけど、麻辣烫も安くて美味しい。
週一くらいで通っているけど、口コミにあるような店員の態度が悪いような事は経験なしです。
