★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won't get any ketchup on your hamburger unless you ask for it, and they don't have any small packets or anything that you can use on your own, like they have at Burger King etc. Their soda is also the worst quality soda I've had so far. Both me and my friend agreed on that, and we had different sodas...Prices are also a little steep for what you're getting. Their hamburgers and fries are good though, no worries there. But honestly, if you're looking for a bit higher quality alternative to McDonald's or whatever, in Tokyo, then I would go to Freshness Burger rather than this place.

Plus the fact that there is zero condiments that come with the fries is a bit of a bummer.
