★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 便利な店だったのでよく利用していましたが、出来たてといいながらぬるい弁当を渡されたり、伝えて会計をした注文を忘れられて30分以上待たされたり、そういうことが多いので、利用するのをやめました。基本的に接客態度が良くない店員さんが多いです。
 I used to use it a lot because it was a convenient store, but I often get a lukewarm lunch box even though it's freshly made, or forget to tell me the order I paid for and wait for more than 30 minutes. I stopped using it. Basically, there are many clerk who do not have a good customer service attitude.

ネット注文した時刻に店頭で会計を済ませてから30分以上待たされました
混雑時とはいえ、自分より後に店頭注文した客が先に商品を受け取っていたのにはさすがに腹が立ちました
受取時は「お待たせしました」の一言も無く、弁当と一緒に注文した味噌汁だけずっとカウンターに置きっぱなしで完全に冷めていました
レジはバイトらしき女の子一人でやらされていて、明らかに仕事量過多で回せていないのに厨房からヘルプも無く、ずっとテンパっていてさすがに気の毒でした
バイトの娘に文句を言っても更にテンパるだけですし、他に待っているお客さんにも迷惑がかかるので何も言いませんでしたが、この状態が解決しない限りもう利用しません

商品を 取り違えられたり、
具材が 不足していたり、
ということが まま あります。
ネット予約 をしても、混雑していると、時間に間に合わない、ということも。
オペレーションが うまく機能しておらず、
ちょっと 安心して 利用できない気がします。
接客態度 は 問題ないですが…。
