★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の18時に子供2人と利用しました。
店内空いていて空いてる席も何席かあったんですが、案内の券を発行してとあったのでボタンを押すも券が出てこず、店員を呼んだら発券機と格闘しだし、いや先に案内してくれよと思いました。
結局何やらパスワードを入力しだし、5〜10分待ってたら紙に名前を書いてと言われ、空席あるのになんで？と思いながらさらに5分〜待って案内されましたが、若い店員ばかりで皆感じ悪かったです。
また厨房で何かを落とす音がよく聞こえ不快でした。最後に若い女の店員がかったるそうに「ありがとうございました〜」と言っていたが、感じ悪く言うくらいならいっそ言わなくて結構。
あと席空いてるのに、お腹空かせてる子供と待つのって大変なんだよ。すみませんもなしでこの店はもう行かない。
あの態度で時給貰ってて恥ずかしくないの？
I used it with two children at 18:00 on Saturday.
There were some seats in the store that were vacant, but I was issued a guide ticket, so I pressed the button but the ticket did not come out, and when I called the clerk I started fighting with the ticket machine, no I wanted you to guide me.
After all, I started to enter the password, and after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes I was told to write my name on the paper, so there is a vacant seat? I waited for another 5 minutes to guide me, but all the young employees were uncomfortable.
Also, I heard the sound of dropping something in the kitchen and was uncomfortable. At the end, a young woman clerk said "Thank you very much", but you don't have to say it at all if you feel uncomfortable.
It's hard to wait with a hungry child, even though my seat is vacant. I'm sorry
Isn't it embarrassing to get an hourly wage with that attitude?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夜利用しました。女性店員さん二人はどちらも感じよかったです。おひつご飯のほかに抹茶ケーキとコーヒーを頼んだのですが、JAF 会員証提示でソフトドリンクが割引になるそうです。
I used it on weekday nights. Both of the two female clerk were nice. I ordered matcha cake and coffee in addition to ohitsu rice, but it seems that soft drinks will be discounted by showing the JAF membership card.

店内には二組のお客さんがいました。
テイクアウトでうなぎ弁当二個頼みましたが、出来上がりにかかる時間が他店舗よりも長く感じました。
Visit around 4pm.
There were two pairs of customers in the store.
I asked for two eel lunch boxes to take out, but I felt that it took longer than other stores.
