★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらが一生懸命説明しているのに、話を聞いていない医師がいる。そのため、人間ドックのレポートも思い込みだけで記述されていて事実に反した文章がある。ここの人間ドックは３年通ったけど、次から別の医療機関にします。
There is a doctor who is not listening even though this is explaining so hard. Therefore, the report of Ningen Dock is written only by conjecture, and there is a sentence contrary to the fact. I've been to the medical checkup here for 3 years, but I'm going to another medical institution next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の対応が横柄で、苦情を伝えると、検査結果を送らないぞと脅されました。検査費用もオプション検査費用がどんどん上乗せされて割高です。ホテルオークラというブランド名を売りにしていますが、西病院という老人病棟を経営する病院がホテルオークラを間借りして運営しています。
The staff was arrogant, and when they complained, they were threatened not to send the test results. The inspection cost is also expensive because the optional inspection cost is added more and more. The brand name Hotel Okura is for sale, but the hospital that runs the geriatric ward called Nishi Hospital rents Hotel Okura and operates it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ数年、こちらで人間ドックを受診しています。女性はお時間はかかりますが、医師・看護師・職員の方々は皆さん親切丁寧です。
胃カメラ検査後に、無料で自販機のドリンクが貰えます(今年は、忘れられましたが?)。
検査終了後は、ホテルオークラ内のレストランで利用出来る3,000円のお食事券が貰えるます。食事以外にも、パンやケーキ購入にも使えます。
For the past few years, I have been seeing a human dock here. Women take time, but doctors, nurses and staff are all kind and polite.
After the gastrocamera examination, you can get a drink from the vending machine for free (I forgot this year, but ?).
After the inspection, you will receive a 3,000 yen meal voucher that can be used at the restaurant in Hotel Okura. Besides meals, it can also be used to buy bread and cakes.

ホテルオークラ内にあり、とても便利で落ち着いた健診クリニックです。
私はレディースドックを受ける事が多いです。
待ち時間は見晴らしよい神戸らしい景色を見ながらのんびり過ごすことができます。
女性の医師はとてもフレンドリーで温かなお人柄の方です。
看護師、検査スタッフは忙しそうですが笑顔で丁寧に案内してくれて接遇が行き届いていると感じます。歴史ある灘区の総合病院が運営されており、フォローアップも安心して受けております。MRIは系列の病院にタクシーで案内していただいて受けます。こちらも綺麗で新しい病院で、他の受診の方とほとんどお会いしません。
今後も通いたいと思いますし、おすすめの健診クリニックです。

The nurses and inspection staff seem to be busy, but I feel that they are very friendly with a smile and polite guidance. A general hospital in the historic Nada Ward is operated, and you can follow up with confidence. MRI will be taken by taxi to affiliated hospitals. This is also a beautiful and new hospital, and I rarely meet other people.
I would like to continue to attend, and it is a recommended medical examination clinic.
