m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通い始めて数回ですが、ナースの方やドクターの方は丁寧で感じがいい一方、受付スタッフの方に当たり外れがあります。先日伺った際に帰り際で内服薬の購入をする為に「すみません」と呼びかけても1度目は無視され、もう1度呼びかけると返事もせず振り返って無言で見てくるだけ。「内服薬が欲しいのですが…」と伝えると「はい、そうですよね(笑)」と、言われなくても分かってるから…という空気を出して失笑しながら言われました。準備するので待ってくださいと言われたので待合室のソファに座ろうとすると「お会計はこちらでお願いします。」と遠くから名前も言わずに呼ばれ、他のお客様もいたので「私ですか？」と聞くと「はい。」と当たり前だろみたいな顔して言われました。茶髪で髪の毛が肩ぐらいの女性です。あの方にはもう対応して欲しくありません。最後の最後で気分悪すぎました。 It's been a few times since I started going, but while the nurses and doctors are polite and pleasant, the reception staff is a hit.
