B	Benji Sun Moxie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ garbage hotel. while checking in the guy at the front desk gave me the keys to someone else's room. i went into the room seeing someone's things all over the place. went back down to the lobby and the guy was unapologetic and just ignored me. someone else came over and gave me keys to an empty room and barely said a word. the non-smoking room reeks of stale cigarette smell and the bathroom is moldy and have many busted parts. the room's temp control doesn't work very well. i can't believe how unmaintained this hotel is compared to it's branches in Sendai. Sendai Metropolitan are some of the best hotels i've been to in the country, especially the new Metropolitan East. Both Metropolitan in Morioka are complete garbage.
K	Kay Effis (The Fifth Walking Way) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel overall, the staff knows a good level of English, and while there was a mixup with my room (I had asked for a non-smoking room and I ended up getting a smoking room at first) we were able to sort it out quickly. Very spacious, nicely provisioned, and located in a nice part of town. It's not even 5 minutes away from the train station and from a road where you can get a nice breakfast, lunch, dinner, or bike rental. I'd stay here again, definitely.

Breakfast Buffet is not so big but say nice . Rooms are big enough for 3 , with a good water pressure of hot shower . Will choose this hotel again when and if I came back to morioka .

B	Brett Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming with spacious rooms and clean accommodations. Dehumidifiers and Nespresso machines in every room were a nice touch! Mini bar was also constantly stocked. The only thing that would've been nice to have was a microwave.

The hotel was built a while back, that means that the space in the room has not increased with the times. The restrooms could used a upgrade with times. The pillows are memory foam, the mattress is very comfortable. The sheets are super soft. There is a water heaters, so you can still get your coffee or tea in the morning.
