a	alloysia elisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and great city hotel. Very spacious, clean, modern, cozy, and amazing room and bathroom. Location is quite good. There's a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. But its quite far from the train station. 10 minutes walking distance to the train station's elevayor. The hotel staffs are kind and very helpful. There's only 2 elevators at the hotel, and sometimes the waiting time is quite long.
R	Rice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here a few times, great rooms, great location. They have limited parking but there is a garage across the street. We get twin rooms, and they have a very small and larger 1, pay the extra 5bucks for the larger 1.

C	Candy Rowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s 5 am and I’m writing this review because we can’t sleep. We had to go downstairs 2 times because of noise from the restaurant staff preparing for breakfast. The noise is from an hour ago and I had to go to the front desk TWICE about it. It’s still noisy. They do not provide parking at the hotel so I had to park else where for for a FEE (30mins/100¥). It’s raining crossing streets with 3 kids & bags is no fun. The shower curtain in the bathroom was brown/yellow dirty. We’re here for days but this hotel spoiled my husband’s birthday & our wedding anniversary. Art Hotel Morioka should be rated Zero star. I’ll never recommend or stay here again.
S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel exterior undergoing updates. Room appears newly refurbished. Small but adequate size. Reception level of English is quite low. Managed to check in and out with no problems. Breakfast was okay. It was not as great as in some reviews I have read on this hotel. Maybe it's the change in management. It's now part of mystays chain. However View from breakfast buffet on level 14 was great.

Near both the station and the nightlife district & has multiple convenience stores nearby. So there's lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Short walk from the station across a beautiful bridge.
