A	APRIL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武ワールドスクウェア駅の直ぐ近くなので、部屋のベランダに出るとSLの汽笛が凄い。木が有るので煙しか見えず、門から外に出れば色々な種類の東武電車が見られます。子供達はプールやゲームコーナーで、大人はロビーや客室から見える紅葉や美味しい食事で楽しめました。松茸会席を選択。国産は高かったので外国産の方のコースにしましたが、たっぷり味わえ大満足。鬼怒川温泉の湯も良かった。ビジネスホテルと同じPOLAのアメニティは残念。売店の大笹牧場アイスやお土産で買った漬物も美味しかった。コロナの感染対策もしっかりされているので安心。朝食ビュッフェは色々選べて楽しい。 It's right near Tobu World Square station, so when you go out to the balcony of the room, the steam locomotive of SL is amazing. The same POLA amenities as a business hotel are disappointing. The ice cream at the shop's Osasa Ranch and the pickles I bought as souvenirs were also delicious. R	Rex T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋はキレイで広く、眺望も良かったです。特にSLが観れたので、子供は大満足していました。ただ、周りに飲食店や土産物屋等が何も無いことと、男湯の大浴場に、刺青をした人達と挙動がおかしい人がいたのがかなり残念でした。特に、挙動がおかしい人については、警察呼んでもらうか迷ったぐらいです。小学生ぐらいのお子さん連れの方は、注意してください。 The room was clean and spacious, and the view was good. E	Elle mnop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here last October 6,2020 for 1 night and the I could say that was may best stay up to now I had in hotel here in Japan. 1. Near the Tobu world square station- 3 minutes walk to and from the station. 2. Staff were very nice and helpful! 3. The ROOM IS BIIIG! - You can choose Japanese or western, I choose Western, they gave me a room with 2 twin bed and a balcony, I was alone. Well I had few check in’s here in Japan and I could say that the room I stayed here was definitely huge for the price I paid (Thanks to gototravel campaign I made a big discount) I can’t upload a video that’s why It was just a few screen shot of the room. You have your own Yukata, Tea set, humidifier, Refrigerator, Television, intercom phone, Security box, toiletries. 4. You can have a room breakfast/dinner for a charge. 5. Pool, Onsen, Massage amenities (with charge) = the BEST! I had a very relaxing night because of this! 6. In store souvenir store- bought my water and snack here, resonable price. 7. Vending room located on 3rd and 7th floor - I forgot I didn’t have a dinner at the hotel so I end up buying ramen noodles and few cookies on the vending machine, they have a disposable chopsticks and microwave in that area that you can use freely. 8. You can have a tour book at the hotel around the area just ask the concierge. In my case I just DIY my tour. 9. Breakfast buffet! yep, not all hotels in japan has inclusion of this! I’m glad it was on their set plan when I booked here, that food is good not that great, but hey! why hate, I had a sumptuous meal! 10. THE BALCONY VIEW WAS OH SOOOO AMAZING! Had to open my windows at night for me to see it when I wake up! Too bad I was too early for the autumn season! CONS: 1. No near convenience store 2. No english speaking staff, but if you can talk and understand few or maybe a basic Japanese like I do, I think you’ll be fine. I honestly wanted to try the other hotels around here but will definitely come back here! PS. It’s pandemic at the time I stayed and during I wrote this review, they practiced precautionary measures as you enter and while on the building, the only time you can remove your mask is on your room, during your onsen and massage and of course while your eating at the buffet area.
