ダイエットの為に入会しました。
ダイエットに必要な知識やトレーニング方法はもちろんのこと。会長さんは野球経験者で私も野球をしてるので野球のトレーニングも教えてもらってます。すぐに飽きてしまう私ですが5ヶ月がっつりトレーニングさせてもらってます（笑）
若い方からシニアの方まで幅広く女性も多くジムに通うのん初めてな方も多いです。
