★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パーソナルトレーニングしてますが、他を知らないので独善的な意見になるかもしれません。個人的にはいいと思います。月額契約会員ではないですが、施設の利用可能範囲もそれなりに充実してます(週辺り１回のマシン利用とシャワーお風呂の利用が契約の時間前後で規定時間内で可能)
PTが無ければ、利用は無かったと思います(子供はスイミングで通ってました、その点では送迎バスなど、総合的に良かったです)
I'm doing personal training, but I don't know anything else, so it may be a self-righteous opinion. I personally think it's good. Although I am not a monthly contract member, the range of use of the facility is also substantial (you can use the machine once a week and use the shower bath within the specified time before and after the contract time)
If there was no PT, I wouldn't have used it (the kids used to go swimming, and in that respect, the shuttle bus was good overall).

今はコロナの都合で練習風景など見ることができずなんとも言えないのですが、
今後息子の成長に合わせてレベルなどチェックして行きたいと思います。
幼児の初めてスイミングには良いと思いますよ！
初めはギャン泣きでどうなることかと思いましたが、
今は毎週楽しみに通っています。

I can't say anything because I can't see the practice scene because of Corona's circumstances.
In the future, I would like to check the level etc. as my son grows up.
I think it's good for toddlers swimming for the first time!
