I happened to find the display of the three borders on Google Maps and tried to go there. If there is no sign, it is just a mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪府枚方市、京都府京田辺市、奈良県生駒市の三府県境。京田辺市高船里の笠上神社から、少し北に行ったところのY字分岐を右に入る。車１台がやっと通れる道を5分程進んだ先に、溜め池を左に曲がる所に車１～２台の駐車スペースあり。その駐車スペースから山道に入り、テープを頼りに竹藪を掻き分けながら10分程度で到着。
Osaka prefecture Hirakata city, Kyoto prefecture Kyotanabe city, Nara prefecture Ikoma-shi, three prefectural border. From Kasabe shrine in Kyotanabe shi Kaeda shrine, take the Y branch a little north and go to the right. There is a parking space of 1 or 2 cars in a place that turns left to the reservoir pond ahead of the way where one car finally got through for about 5 minutes. I entered the mountain path from the parking space, arrived in around 10 minutes while scouring the bamboo branding with tape.

地理院地図での境目は二枚目の説明書きのある杭が三県境です。

There are various theories, but the boundary on Google Maps is the boundary between the three prefectures with the first yellow stake.
The boundary on the GSI Map is the boundary between the three prefectures on the second stake with an explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This track is part of the 'Kyotanabeonesuge Hiking Course', a 10km course that circumnavigates this area. Due to the big storm that struck the area back in 2018, parts of the course is un-hikeable due to fallen trees. This is a pity as it is a great course with plenty of scenery along the way. If you are prepared to try,then give this course a try.
