ボートからは水面に浮かぶ水車と水車小屋を眺めることが出来ます．透き通った湧水と水草の緑が美しく，心洗われました．乗船料金は1200円．所要時間20分，なお，「クリア」の由来は，船底の一部が透明にしてあることによります．
WEBには「气船」を「汽船」と記してあることが多いので，かつて小さな蒸気船を操っていたのではないかと想像されました．ところが，その疑問を事業者の方にぶつけてみるとどうやら，安曇野气船という事業名は，もうひとつの事業である「気球」，そしてこの「船」の二つを意味しているようでした．
