m	masahito segawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家のワサビ漬けは伊豆の稲取が定番でした。今回旅行で安曇野に行き美味しいワサビ漬けを買いたいと調べたところこちらのお店にたどり着きました。お店は贈答用の箱入りの物から家庭用の量り売りの物もあり、今回はすべて量り売りで購入させていただきました。自宅に戻りさっそくオープン。ん？見た目はいつものワサビ漬けと一緒だけどツブツブが入っていない。代わりに刺身のツマのように細切りのワサビがたくさん入ってる！！へー、こちらのワサビ漬けは細切りのワサビが入ってるんだ‼️ 食感はシャキシャキとはいかないけど歯ごたえがあっておいしい?しかもとびっきり辛い！！でも、辛いんだけどワサビの旨味があるからどんどん食べられちゃう? 水炊き鍋のお肉と一緒に、お刺身と一緒に、焼肉と一緒に、もちろんご飯と一緒に食べても超美味しい? ワサビ漬け一つがこんなに違うとわ、、、。さすがに神奈川県から毎回買いには行かれないけどお取り寄せもできるみたいだからいつでも食べられそうで嬉しい。ワサビ漬けの歴史が動いた！！ Inatori in Izu was the standard for pickling wasabi in my home.
