ぴ	ぴよぴよこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験を経て、通い放題に登録しました。鍵付きロッカー有り。会員同士は挨拶はするものの、レッスン前後はほとんど喋らないのでヨガに集中出来ます。格好はそれぞれで、ヨガウェアを着用している人もいれば、Ｔシャツにレギンスの人も。レッスンは７人×３列程度で先生が前でお手本をしながら声で動作の説明(息を吸いながら手をあげて。吐きながら下ろす…等)をしてくれます。体験時も登録後も、個人個人にがっつり指導が入る事はなく、先生がたまに廻って軽く骨盤の位置を正す程度。間違えていたり出来ないポーズがあっても、個々のペースで出来る範囲でやれるので恥ずかしかったり焦ったりはありません。人間関係に気を使わずににヨガに集中したい人にはかなりオススメ。和気あいあいと馴れ合い重視したい人には不向きです。 After the experience, I registered for all-you-can-eat. There is a locker with a key. Although the members greet each other, they hardly speak before and after the lesson, so they can concentrate on yoga. Some people are wearing yoga wear, while others are wearing T-shirts and leggings. The lesson is about 7 people x 3 rows, and the teacher will explain the movement by voice (raise your hand while inhaling, lower it while exhaling, etc.) while setting an example in front of you. Even during the experience and after registration, there is no solid guidance given to each individual, and the teacher occasionally turns around to lightly correct the position of the pelvis. Even if you make a mistake or have a pose that you can't do, you can do it at your own pace, so you won't be embarrassed or impatient. Highly recommended for those who want to concentrate on yoga without worrying about relationships. It is not suitable for people who want to be friendly and familiar with each other.
