プレートは2.5kg～20kg 各2枚なので
高重量扱う方には物足りないです。
レッグエクステンションとレッグカール
あと複合マシンがありました。
トレッドミルとバイクも結構ありましたよ。
町の施設としてはかなり立派ですね～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーニングルーム使用。広さはないが、マシーンは古臭くないし、フリーウエイトのコーナーもそこそこ充実している。もう少し重りがあると気兼ねなくやれるが、問題はない。懸垂ができるのがありがたい。
一回300円と安いのでたまに行って鍛えようと思う。雰囲気はヤッコムより好き（個人の感想）
Use the training room. It's not big, but the machine isn't old-fashioned, and the free weights corner is reasonably good. If you have a little more weight, you can do it without hesitation, but there is no problem. I'm grateful to be able to pull up.
It's as cheap as 300 yen each time, so I'll go there once in a while to train. I like the atmosphere better than Yaccom (personal impression)
