徳川家康ゆかりの地。
鳥居の周りには樹齢370年の大きな杉が、たくさん生えています。
山の伊吹を感じられる、エネルギー溢れる場所です。
 A mysterious place surrounded by large cedar trees over 300 years old.
A place related to Ieyasu Tokugawa.
Around the torii, there are many large 370-year-old cedar trees.
It is a place full of energy where you can feel the Ibuki of the mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東照宮は自然に囲まれていて、とても神秘的な雰囲気です。
手水舎、狛犬、鳥居などの苔感も好きです。
また、石段左右の杉は下から眺めるだけでも美しいです。

Toshogu is surrounded by nature and has a very mysterious atmosphere.
I also like the moss feeling of Chozuya, guardian dogs, and torii gates.
Also, the cedars on the left and right of the stone steps are beautiful just by looking at them from below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徳川家康ゆかりの地らしいです。
山頂駐車場から来たので、歩いて10分位でしたが、表参道からだと1000何段かの階段とかもあって、かなり時間が掛かるようです。
表参道の入口のほうには、12干支の石像なんかもあるようです。
東照宮から更に上にも歩いて行けます。
It seems to be a place related to Ieyasu Tokugawa.
Since I came from the mountaintop parking lot, it was about 10 minutes on foot, but from Omotesando there are 1000 stairs, so it seems that it will take a long time.
There seems to be a stone statue of 12 zodiac signs near the entrance of Omotesando.
You can walk further up from Toshogu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳳来寺山の山頂にある東照宮。1400段を超える石階段を登った先、または、車で山頂近くにある鳳来寺山パークウェイ駐車場からアクセスできます。徳川家康誕生にゆかりがあることから鳳来寺境内に家光の命により築造されたそうです。
Toshogu Shrine on the summit of Mt. Horaiji. It can be accessed by climbing over 1400 stone steps or by car from the Horaiji San Park Way parking lot near the top of the mountain. It is said that it was built by the order of Iemitsu in the precincts of Horaiji Temple because it is related to the birth of Ieyasu Tokugawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山頂駐車場から徒歩10分位で、見晴らしもよく、厳かな雰囲気の神社でした。東海自然歩道もあり、時間があればハイキングしながら鳳来寺や鳳来寺山頂まで行くのもいいかな。
It was a 10-minute walk from the mountaintop parking lot, and it was a shrine with a good view and a solemn atmosphere. There is also a Tokai nature trail, so if you have time, you can hike to Horaiji Temple or the summit of Horaiji Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥三河の山中に、こんな立派な東照宮があることは知りませんでした。歴史って面白いですね。宮司さんもいらっしゃってしっかり管理されていました。
I didn't know that there was such a magnificent Toshogu in the mountains of Okumikawa. History is interesting. Mr. Miyaji also came and was well managed.

Minicar, I visited in January 2022 in Japan round challenge in a car Night 1 million yen.
I recommend go to near by car.
Will become the paid, but whether than walk the stairs road is much easier!
