喫茶店があってコーヒー飲めますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日は混雑します。自習したい、勉強したい人は席が空いてないことが多いので、やめておいた方が良いです。
巡回する職員の方は学生となると、見下してくるかのようにきつく注意されます。純粋に勉強したいだけなのに、そのように注意を受けると不快です。学生のことをなんだと思ってるのでしょうか。
本はかなり豊富なのに、残念です。
It is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. People who want to study by themselves or want to study often do not have seats available, so it is better to stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても良い図書館だと思いますが、駐車料金が30分無料で後は30分ごとに100円です。30分はあっという間で、おちおち本を選んではいられません。新潟は車社会です。せめていくとぴあと同じ1.5時間は無料でお願いします。
I think it's a very good library, but the parking fee is free for 30 minutes and 100 yen every 30 minutes. In 30 minutes, you can't choose a book in a blink of an eye. Niigata is a car society. At the very least, please give me the same 1.5 hours free of charge.

広いので目的の本を探すのが大変ですが、検索機が所々にあり、本の場所や貸し出し状況等の確認がすぐできます。
学習スペースも広く、社会人専用席もあり、長居はできませんが静かな環境で集中して勉強したい時に利用します。

The study space is large, and there are seats exclusively for working adults, so you can't stay long, but you can use it when you want to concentrate on your studies in a quiet environment.
