★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い女性スタッフ、言われた通り書類を提出したにも関わらず、そんな事は言っていないと言い張り、すごく威圧的な対応をされた。書類漏れだらけで何度も店へ足を運ぶことになった。社員教育が行き届いていない、非常に不快でした。
The young female staff insisted that she did not say such a thing even though she submitted the documents as she was told, and she responded very intimidatingly. I had to go to the store many times because of all the missing documents. It was very unpleasant because the employee education was not perfect.

月極め駐車場を借りようと電話した際、やる気のない声とめんどくさそうな態度。
勧める気も一切なく、早く電話を終わらせたいとさえ感じました。
以前電話した際は女性の方が出て、対応が良かったのですが、今回対応して頂いた男性の方は良くありませんでした。

問題の箇所については仲介時の担当者ではなく管理会社のほうにしています。電話対応は女性の態度は最低。男性は丁寧で優しい。
でも何度も連絡しているが未だに改善されない。
初期費用等もったいないので数年は我慢して住みますが、他にいいところがあればアパマンショップは使わずに決めたいと思いました。
