T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そば屋です。落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンターとテーブル席があります。辛みそ担々麺をいただきましたが担々麺というよりはよくある辛みそラーメンにチーマージャン（ゴマペースト）を投入した感じです。上にはニラもやし炒めがたっぷり乗っていて普通の担々麺ではないです。麺はストレート太麺でコシがあり美味しいです。ピリ辛と言う割には辛くないのでラー油を入れて食べました。ボリューム満点です。他に醤油味の担々麺やつけ麺もメニューにありました。外税なのでメニューによっては1円単位の支払いになりますが電子マネー等は使用できず現金のみです。 It is a Chinese noodle shop. M	Motoyasu Endo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店を訪問。あまりにも気合いが入っている店頭の様子から何度かためらっていましたが、意を決して手動ドアを開けます。思いのほか穏やかで優しそうな店主（正直なところもっとおっかない人を勝手に想像してました）さんのすすめるままに、餃子と中華豚そばを注文してみます。まずは餃子を一口。歯ごたえある皮と野菜たっぷりのあんは口に合って、食べるほどお腹が空いてくる感じです。続いて豚そばが到着。体調が多少悪くても食べられる優しい味、出汁がしっかり効いていながら過剰なまでの主張はしないスープです。このあっさりとして上品なスープだからこそ具の豚肉が光りを放ちます。箸でリフトしようとしたらたちまち崩れる柔らかさは口に含んでからも溶けるようでした。身も心も温まる一杯でいつのまにか頭の奥の痛みも消えました。あまりラーメンをあれこれ評論するほどの味覚や経験はありませんが、極めてマジメにできた内容だと思います。値付けはイマドキのチェーン店のそれと比較すると若干高めに思うかもしれませんが、材料の品質や手間を考えると安いくらいかと思います。清潔感ある店内とあわせて店主さんの丹精ぶりがよくわかる内容。ごちそう様でした。 I visited a shop I was worried about before. 北	北野孝英 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の主張中に営業してくれていました。入店時のガッツポーズをしてくれたマスター… そんなんされたらラーメンだけと思っていたのに、セット追いしてしまうじゃないですか… 偉そうなコメントはしませんが、本当に美味しかったです。スープの材料を丁寧に教えてくれましたが、あの深みのある味は椎茸だったのですね。時間をかけて作られているスープに、手作りの生姜が効いたワンタン。チャーハンにまぶされたチャーシュー。春の嵐に素敵な晩御飯をいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。 It was open during the claim of Corona.
