★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日大津の友人から名物ですどうぞと頂戴いたしました。小エビと小鮎の佃煮。頂きものですからお値段はさておき、いいですねーーーぇ、旨かったーーーぁ。
さすが琵琶湖ですね。
友人も訪ねたいし、その折には寄ってみたいですね。
いいですねーーぇ、この雰囲気のお店。鮎はもう食べてしまいました。
The other day, I was asked by a friend of Otsu that it was a specialty. Tsukudani with shrimp and ayu. It's a gift, so the price is aside, so it's good!
As expected, it is Lake Biwa.
I would love to visit my friends, and at times I would like to stop by.
It's good, this store has this atmosphere. I have eaten ayu.

他店のえび豆に比べ、豆がふっくらしていてとても美味しかったです。
近所の方のお土産用にも購入しましたが、結局自分で食してしまいましたｗ
近くに伺うことがあれば、是非またお世話になりたいと思います。
This is the shop I wanted to see on TV.
Compared to the shrimp beans from other stores, the beans were plump and very delicious.
I bought it as a souvenir for my neighbors, but I ended up eating it myself.

良い感じです。近江タクシー無ければ、最高でした。乗ったら駄目な観光タクシーとして、今のところ、日本で最高ランクです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が湖西の人だったので、幼い頃毎年盆休みに母の実家に行くと、食卓に必ず出して貰えたのがゴリの佃煮でした。
魚富さんのゴリの味はその頃食べた味と同じでとても懐かしく、この時期を楽しみにしています。
ちりめん山椒と似てますが、ゴリは生姜で炊き上げ魚の身の柔らかさがホロホロなので全くの別物です。
ついついごはんがすすむ一品です！
My mother was from Kosai, so when I was young, when I went to my mother's parents' house every year during the Bon holidays, I always had Gori Tsukudani on the table.
Uotomi-san's gori taste is the same as the one I ate at that time, and I miss it very much, so I'm looking forward to this time.
It's similar to Chirimen Sansho, but Gori is completely different because it's cooked with ginger and the tenderness of the fish is fluffy.
It's a dish that goes well with rice!
