m	ma ks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用してますが他の店舗に行こうか迷ってる。最初に言われる待ち時間がいつも「30分前後でお呼び出来ます」だけどいつも呼ばれるのは1時間以上待ってから。そう言っておけばいいっていう指導なのかなんなのか適当すぎると思います。待たされる客の身にもなってほしい。皆さん人柄は良いけど、人によってカットが随分違うなぁという印象もあります。 I use it all the time, but I'm wondering if I should go to another store. The first waiting time is always "I'll call you in about 30 minutes", but it's always called after waiting for more than an hour. I think it's too appropriate to say that it's a guidance. I want you to be the customer who is waiting for you. Everyone has a good personality, but I also get the impression that the cuts are quite different depending on the person.
に	にょあいこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼鏡の男の人の対応が最悪でした。前髪を目元につくかつかないかぐらい残して欲しいと伝えたのに眉毛にかからないくらい切られました。それを指摘したら、小さな声で「なんだよ」と言われました。そして強引にこれでいいですよねと言われてお金を払いました。さらに髪の毛を切る時も雑でかなり痛かったです。いつも切らせて頂いてる所だったのでとても悲しかったです。でも眼鏡以外は素晴らしい技術と対応なので次回からは電話で別の人を指名して行こうと思います。
