いわゆる誰もが思い浮かべるあんみつと異なり、赤えんどう豆やみかんは入っていない。
少し小さめに刻まれた寒天は透明度が高く、食感の残りと溶け具合のバランスが良い。寒天臭さは一切ない。
そこに米の旨味がしっかり残る美味い白玉、程よい甘さと量の粒あん、一欠の栗が乗る。
