★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried all of my favorite seafood, my Hokkaido roots set my standards high, and this place will just give you the best in every category of sushi. One of the cheaper ones is shimesaba, and it was the meatiest and most juicy version I’ve had in 30 years of Japan.
