★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話する限り相談しやすい人ばかりだったよ。南区方面多い。相場より少し安め物件が多いからか敷金２ヶ月が多いけど。過去のクチコミで敷金かえってこないってあったけど、掃除代で１ヶ月かかったとして、短期解約で１ヶ月。そんな状況にしておいてなんで戻ってくるとおもったのか。長短関係なく契約違反したのでしょ。
