海で痛めたハムストの治療の為、整骨院RISEさんに通院するようになりました。
治療の際には、痛めた原因を丁寧にご説明して頂き、治療とトレーニングのおかげで治すことができました。
今は、トレーニングで通院していますが、そのスポーツに必要な身体の使い方、筋力のバランス等を分かりやすく説明してくれます。
そのおかげで、海でのパフォーマンスが格段に上がり、大会で入賞することができました！！

椎間板ヘルニアで腰痛、左足の痺れが酷く
働けなくなり、5分の歩行も辛い状態で
RISEさんに初診の予約をしました。
初診ではじっくり話を聞いて頂き
治療の方針も丁寧に説明していただきました。
先生の施術はとても丁寧です。
私は腰痛と痺れが辛くメンタル面も最悪な状態でしたが、先生の施術を受けると気持ちも前向きになれます。（個人の見解ですが大げさではありません）
通院して半年ほどたった頃には腰痛もかなり楽になり、痺れもほぼなくなりとてもいい状態です。
いいことばかり書くとサクラみたいになるのが嫌ですが、ホントの話です。
先生に診ていただいて本当によかったです。
