子供の診察を予約した日に、本人が発熱。キャンセルの電話をしたところ、なぜか受付から先生に電話が替わり(頼んでいない)、「お大事にしてください」と一言。その次の診察の際に、会計にて「前回の電話診察代を追加します」と言われ驚きました。電話診察?あの一言で?頼んでもいないのに?等々疑問に思いましたが、仕方なく払いました。それ以来こちらの眼科は利用していません。これからも利用しません。

予約は受け付けていない病院なのでどうしても待ってしまいますが、椅子がいっぱいだったり、幼少期よりお世話になっております。メガネも度が強いもの、ではなく使いやすい度を一緒に考えてくださり助かっています。目の違和感にも真摯に対応してくださいました。

院長先生は優しいし検査技師も優しいです。検査もしっかりしていてとてもいい病院だと思います。ただ残念なのが受付です。待ち時間を聞くだけで怒鳴られました。患者さんによって対応が違うのか常連さんと態度が違います。会計時にも、終わっているのにまったく呼ばれず 会計側でお札を数えたり笑いながらおしゃべりをしていたりとても暇そうでした。 受付側で「これ、もう済んでお会計です」と技師の方がおっしゃると、「処方箋チェックです」と受付はどやって、技師の方は「大丈夫です」と申し訳無さそうにしていました。私以外にも、会計で呼ばれた方は「まだ検査があると言っていました」と患者さんから言っていたし、他の患者さんは、会計で何度も呼ばれていたのにいらっしゃらず、しばらくすると診察室のほうから技師の方から呼ばれたのかその方が来て、「向こうで待つように言われて。なんでだろうと思って。疲れちゃった」とおっしゃっていました。 先生も技師もとても感じがいいのに受付や会計でとても残念な病院だと思います。先生が優しいから言えないのかとも思ってしまいます。受付や会計の力量がないため言い訳のような張り紙ばかりです。先生も技師も好きなので良くなることに期待したいです。

他の方も書いてありますが、受付の質がとても低いです。説明も足りない、患者を無意味に待たせて、順番も飛ばす、質問にも答えられない。態度も悪い。 知人が行っていたから、、 とコチラに来てましたが何度もイライラさせられるので、他の病院に変えます。 他の方の口コミが気になってはいたのですが、 やはり口コミは大事ですね。。

受付の態度が最悪 診察に何人くらい待っていて平均どれくらい時間がかかるか聞いたところ分かりませんの一点張り。 待ち人数くらい数えればわかりませんか? 先生も技師さんも対応がいいけど 受付の人が仕事出来なさすぎて行きたくないです。
