光	光と影光と影 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店は新発田へ行く時は必ず食べに行く。安くて量が多くて美味しいからだ。ただ、土日祝日の昼夕の繁忙時は座れないくらい混むので大体は時間を外して行く。この日は平日だったのでお昼に行ったが結構混んでいた。ここのウリはジャンボシュウマイとジャンボ餃子。いつも頼むが野菜炒めの単品とヒレカツ丼を頼んだので泣く泣く割愛。新潟といえばタレカツ丼が主流だが私はあまり相性合わず、ここは玉子とじなのが気に入っていて、しかも大きいヒレカツが2枚も入っている。麺類も悪くないが、ここのご飯は美味しいのでほとんどご飯物を頼む。ここは野菜炒めも美味しいので必ず頼む。妙に味濃くなく油もキツくないのでヒレカツ丼とも相性が良かった。新発田駅前から歩いてすぐという立地条件の良さもあるし、裏にも駐車場もあるから徒歩車両方の客に有り難い店だと思う。店員さんの対応も田舎の食堂らしく温かくて和む。文句無しに星5つ付けられる This shop always goes to eat when going to Shibata. It's cheap, it's a lot, and it's delicious. However, it is so crowded that I can't sit down during the busy hours on weekends and holidays, so I usually go out of time. It was a weekday, so I went there at noon, but it was quite crowded. The melons here are jumbo dumplings and jumbo dumplings. I always ask, but I ordered a single item of stir-fried vegetables and a bowl of fin cutlet, so I skipped crying. Speaking of Niigata, the Tare Katsu Don is the mainstream, but I don't really go with it, and I like the fact that it's the same as the egg, and it also contains two large fin cutlets. The noodles aren't bad either, but the rice here is delicious, so I mostly order rice. Stir-fried vegetables are also delicious here, so be sure to ask. The taste was strangely strong and the oil wasn't too tight, so it went well with the fin cutlet bowl. The location is good, just a short walk from Shibata station, and there is a parking lot on the back, so I think it's a store that is appreciated by both customers on foot. The clerk's response is warm and relaxing like a rural restaurant. 5 stars can be attached without complaint

e	etinu cf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヒレカツ丼大盛りと自家製シュウマイ3個を頂きました。ちなみに通常のシュウマイは5個になります。ヒレカツ丼の大盛りは、とてもご飯の量が多かったですが、ご飯が美味しく余裕で完食でした。シュウマイはとても大きいですが、口に入れるととろけるようなフワフワしたシュウマイで美味しく人気なのが頷けます。餃子もとても大きく食べごたえがあります。メニューが豊富なので毎日でも食べに行けます。 I received a large bowl of pork cutlet and 3 homemade dumplings. c	cafesanpo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/03来店店舗立地が良く、駅から近いだけでなく、車でも来れるように店舗裏手に駐車場もあります。駅のロータリーからも一際目立ち、とても入りやすい場所です。ジャンボ餃子、ジャンボ焼売など以前から記事に掲載されたらしくと、立地も良いため、Google評価が高い(評価4以上)お店で夜の入店時にはほぼ満席状態でした。まず接客となるサービス、料理、待ち時間などの全体の評価は1.8くらいです。高評価に騙された結果となったのが残念でした(-_-;)・・・初めて訪れたお客が全てを知って来店してると思われた？のかはどうかとして、その接客で嫌な思いをしたのは確かなので、接客は良くない評価になりました。記事が載り人気店で忙しくなったから接客が落ちるようではサービス業としては落第点です。さて料理については上に書いたように、知らずに入店しているので、そんなジャンボサイズなんて知らないのだから人数分頼むじゃないですか。結果失敗です、大きすぎました(⊙_◎) また食事は野菜炒め定食(830円)を頼みました、他の方はヒレカツカレー(1050円)などです。それと餃子(580円)人数分。味付けなどは個人個人で好き嫌いもあるので深くは追求はしませんが、過去の口コミにもあったように薄味です┐(´ー｀)┌ ですが、ジャンボ餃子は濃い味でした、生姜やニンニクが効きすぎてるくらいに濃く、野菜炒めが薄味過ぎてメインは餃子や焼売なのかと思うほどに(･o･;) 時期的にお酒の提供はされていませんでした。ですが、お酒を飲みたい他の方も居て店員さんに尋ねると冷たい反応が返ってきて、これも評価としては落ちます。例え飲食店からしたら酒類提供禁止が痛手なのは解りますが言い方!!!←頼むお客が悪い。と言う言い方は酷いです。因みに支払いは現金のみになります。完全に個人の評価なので言わせていただきますが、悪く言えば食べられれば良い。またインパクト大なので、そちらを重視するならばオススメです。カレーや中華系料理など元から味の濃いモノは別として野菜炒めは薄味の提供です。薄味好みの方には良いのでは無いでしょうか？メニューにある刺し身は事前予約であれば造ることが出来る上、餃子や焼売はお土産(テイクアウト)も可能なようですが手が回らないようです。ただ、ここまで種類豊富なメニューが揃ってるのは素晴らしいのでは？ラーメン系の種類豊富中華系や丼系も定番も揃いつつ刺し身も天ぷらもあると言う種類豊富なところは評価に値すると思います⟵(๑¯◡¯๑)

ヒ	ヒイロユー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていた新発田駅前の老舗食堂。お店の裏に駐車場があります。お昼時は埋まりやすいので、近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。入店すると、席はほぼ満席。ほどなくしてテーブルに通され、さっそく注文。ラーメンも気になるところでしたが、ヒレカツ丼と名物のシュウマイをオーダー。ヒレカツ丼は煮カツが２枚ものっていて、食べ応え充分でした。シュウマイはひとつが大きくて３個で満足。メニューが豊富でどれも美味しそうでした。ごちそうさまでした。 A long-established restaurant in front of Shibata Station that I've always been interested in. There is a parking lot at the back of the shop. It's easy to fill up at noon, so I used a nearby coin parking lot. When you enter the store, the seats are almost full. Soon after, I was passed through the table and ordered immediately. I was also worried about ramen, but I ordered a pork cutlet bowl and the famous Shumai. The fin cutlet bowl had two boiled cutlets, and it was enough to eat. One of the shumai is big and I am satisfied with three. The menu was abundant and all looked delicious. Thank you for the meal.
鍛	鍛冶屋信衛門 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒い季節になると、思い出すのが本田屋のシュウマイ。12時すぎに入ったら、やっぱほぼ満席。「寒っけど、ここしかねーんだは」とお店のお姉さん。入口近くの小上がりに座りました。そそくさに野菜ラーメン?、連れは、ラーメン?そして、シュウマイを注文しました！「5つあっけど、大っきっけ３つから注文できっけどどうするね」言わへ３つシュウマイにしました。野菜ラーメンは、野菜たっぷり。こくがあってうまい！ラーメンも胡麻油？がほんのり香り、こちらも満足。主役のシュウマイは、もうほくほくで、ジューシーで、箸が止まらない！入口近くの寒さを忘れて、がっつきました(笑)相変わらずの満足の昼食でした。今度は、夜も来よう～っ(笑) When it's cold, I remember Shumai from Hondaya.
