保険についても力を入れている店舗で、すごく勉強しているとの事なので、もしもの時は何でも相談して下さいと言われてて、頼りになりそうです。

12月に車検を受けて2月にバッテリーが上がりました。車検の時バッテリーの診断結果を教えて欲しいと言ったらお客さんに渡していますと言われましたが説明受けていなく見た記憶もありません。そのため、説明していないという事もあるのでバッテリー代を安くして欲しいと伝えたところ、一切安く出来ません。代車にもお金が掛かっていますと言われました。
バッテリー代に関しては、ディーラーに出しているのでしっかりした対応をして欲しいと思って言ったのであり、金額的に1,000円でもこちらとしては良かったです。
また、代車に関してはこちらの要望を言ったりしたのもありますが車の受け取り拒否等はしておりませんし、渡す時に今忙しいから時間が掛かると言われたので時間は気にしなくて良いと言ったまでです。
それ以外にも色々ありますが対応含めて今まで行った車屋の中で最悪です。メーカーの対応も期待出来ません。
このような客はお店側もクレーマーとしか思ってなさそうです。
あと担当者が辞めるとと平気で「担当者が居ないので分かりません」と言います。
皆さんはしっかりと判断して気をつけてください。
参考までに代車の件で言われたので修理せず別のお店に出すことにして、翌日に取りに行った自車の写真をあげておきます。非常に汚い状態で受け取りました
今はホンダカーズ岐阜に車を出しています。

Regarding the battery charge, I said that I would like to have a firm response because I have sent it to the dealer, and even if the amount is 1,000 yen, it was good for me.
Also, regarding the substitute car, I have made this request, but I have not refused to receive the car, and I was told that it will take time because I am busy when handing it over, so I do not have to worry about the time. Until I said.
There are various other things, but it is the worst car shop I have ever visited, including the correspondence. We cannot expect the manufacturer's response.
It seems that such customers only think that the shop side is a complaint.
When the person in charge quits, he says "I don't know because there is no person in charge".
Please make a good judgment and be careful.
For reference, I was told about a substitute car, so I decided to send it to another shop without repairing it, and I will give you a picture of my car that I went to pick up the next day. Received in a very dirty condition
