波	波羅蜜多 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展示車も充分綺麗だが、納車の前にも磨きをかけてピカピカにしてくれる。支払い時に現金で支払ったが、札束を唾を付けて数えたのは不衛生で、見ていて気持ちのいいものではなかった。納車後、取り付けを頼んだテレビキャンセラーの取り付けを見ると配線が輪ゴムでとめられ、インパネにコードが挟まり断線しそうだった。(整備士ではなく販売担当が取り付けた事を確認済み。) 数年後に店を訪れたら、帰るときに販売担当より、次は買うときに来てくださいねとバカにした顔で嫌みを言われ非常に不愉快だった。気持ちのいい接客をしてくれる優秀なバイヤー兼マネージャーもいるが、最年長プレイヤーには再教育が必要だ。 The car on display is beautiful enough, but it will be polished and shiny before delivery. L	Lime GIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前の事ですがオイル交換に初訪店した際勝手にグローブボックスを開けて車検証を事務所へ持ち出された事がありました、整備経験が豊富そうなスタッフでしたが、自分の車でも扱ってる様な態度が気分悪かったです一言ぐらい客に声掛けて欲しい、次に訪店した際はそのスタッフは居ませんでしたが… あと、責任者としての立場や気持ちはわかりますが、客の見てる前で工場長が部下を叱ってるのも見ていて気分良くないです客のニーズに答えるメンテナンスの提案や気持ちの良い接客、電話応対など素晴らしいだけに残念なところは目立ちます今後の改善に期待しています A few years ago, when I first visited the store for an oil change I had opened the glove box without permission and took the car verification to the office.
