J	J K (ぐん) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店で買ったバイクに関しては、親切丁寧にサービスしてくれますが、この店で買ったものでないバイクについては、HONDA製であっても対応が冷たいです。もう、十数年来の付き合いですが、従業員の入れ替わりも激しく、顔なじみになってる他のお客さんは一体、どのぐらいバイクに金をつぎ込んでる上客なんだろうかというのが素直な感想です。年2回の定期保守や、保険の更新でしか会わないような顧客の顔なんて覚えていないのは当然でしょうけど、金を落とさない客への対応はあまりよくないと感じます。近所に他に適当なバイク屋がないため、使ってますけど、積極的にはお勧めはしません。追記：2021年10月03日 FTR233を持ち込む。 FTRは店で購入外の中古なので以前、点検を断られたが、オイル交換ぐらいしてほしいとお願いして再来店。コロナ禍で外出をまったくしなかったため、バッテリーが劣化していたようで、セルが回ったり回らなかったり。バッテリーの交換もついでにとお願いすると在庫がないとのこと。カブとかのバッテリーと同じものなのに在庫がないとは。たぶん予約制にしたのは、部品在庫を持ちたくないからだと推察する。心象が少しでも良くなったら評価を変えようとも思ったが、これでは今回も評価の変更を出来ない。そういえば、以前に比べ、新車も中古も在庫がグッと減っている雰囲気。そろそろ、HONDAドリーム所沢は経営がヤバいのだろうか。 For bikes bought at this store, they will be kind and polite, but for bikes not bought at this store, even if they are made by HONDA, the correspondence is cold.
