鈴	鈴木やす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業担当の方はまぁボチボチ丁寧に対応してくれた。料金も多分妥当なところか。が、職人の作業品質は疑問。作業員数名で結構ふざけあいながら作業していたように見受けられた感あり(見方によっては和気あいあいと仕事していて印象が悪くなかったようにも見える) そのせいかどうか、後々に判明した不備だが軒の変形(鉄板が凹んでる。恐らく足場設置の際に単管パイプをぶつけたのであろう)やエアコン室外機の移動でエアコンガス漏出(修理に数万円を要した)など。外壁塗装作業時以外では考えられない事象なので確信を持って作業時の不備と言える！しかしながら施工直後に気付けなかった当方のミスでもあり、一方的に責められない面も。しかも作業完了の承認を出してしまっている手前、クレームをいれるのも憚られて後悔と悔しさが時々込み上げてくる。外壁塗装は大掛かりな作業であり、金額も張るので頻繁に行える事ではないと思う。これから外壁塗装を検討される皆さんも熟慮を。八王子市在住 The person in charge of sales responded politely. T	Toshi k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ある塗装会社の中からニッケンさんを選んだのは、ジョイトップ工法(塗りつぶしで無い、目地とトップの色を分けるデザイン塗装)があったからです。試し塗りもしてくれます。仕上がりを頭の中で想像する事は出来ますが、実際に見ると違います。営業さんは「何でも言って下さい、お客様の不安を取り除いてあげたいんです」と仰いました。担当者さんは「色選びをプレッシャーと感じないで楽しんで欲しい」と仰いました。随所に施工主の不安を察して下さる言葉が出て来ます。職人さんは挨拶も丁寧で、一つ一つの工程を説明して下さいました。今迄の外壁の色が気に入っていたので寂しさが半分ありましたが、仕上がりはとても綺麗で、これから気持ち良く過ごせそうです。壁をスーパー遮熱サーモにしました。真夏の日中の室内の気温が３〜５℃違います。ペンキの色のバリエーションがもう少しあるともっと良いと思います。全ての工事が終了して数日経った支払いの日は雨でした。傘立てを用意して置かなかった為もあるかと思いますが、お金を受け取りに来られた担当者さんは、たたんだ傘を外壁に立て掛けず下に置きました。塗装という商品を大切に思っている表れだと思います。 I chose Nikken from a number of painting companies because of the joy top method (design painting that separates the colors of the joints and top, not painting).
