ここで新車を購入しようとしたが、ここは雨が当たるとこにバイクを置いてるため新車でもサビがあります。
営業の人に、サビや目立つキズのないやつを取り寄せてくださいとお願いしたら、うちはそういう細かい事を気にする人には売らないようにしてます！他店で購入してください！と（ボイスレコーダー録っておけば良かった）
はっ？新車ですよ？
その言い方に呆気に取られ言葉が出てきませんでした。
しかも取り寄せる車体の確認もしたいと思ったのですが購入前提でないと配送にお金がかかりますと。
はとやの他店舗に電話してみたらあっさり無料で配送してくれるとのこと。
何この所沢店。新車は購入しない方が良いです。

電話で問い合わせたところ、焦っていて私の説明が悪かったのですが、話が噛み合ってない…？と思うことがありました(笑)
が、持ち込んだ際には予約の方がいるにも関わらずすぐに修理に取りかかって下さいました。
「予約の方が来たら予約を優先するから時間がかかるかもしれない」という旨も事前に伝えられていましたが、予約の方の前に完了してくれました。
出先で、帰るのに困っていたので本当に助かりました。
近所でないことが惜しいくらいです。
自宅からは少し距離がありますが、今度は予約をしてお願いしたいと思います。
