お	おーひろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで車検の予約を16:30でしました。後日電話があり、折り返し電話をかけたら「時間の変更はできませんか？」とのことでした。案内された時間は午前か、1時ぐらいだったか忘れてしまいましたが、16:30より早い時間でした。どういうことか聞いたら、「ネットでの予約時、作業時間が2時間ぐらいかかると表示されてしまっているので。。。」意味がよくわかりませんでしたが、車検が2時間ぐらいで終わる、もしくはそれ以上時間がかかる(そうなると、営業時間を越えてしまう)からと思い、「早い時間にすればその日のうちに車検が終わるんですか？」と聞いたら一泊はかかると返答されました。よくわからなかったので、再びどういうことか訪ねたら、「それでは16:30でお待ちしております」と言われました。いったいどういうことだったのかきちんと教えて下さい。質問するたびに「少しお待ち下さい」ばかりでした。話の分かる人にすぐ代わるか、最低でも説明が出来ない従業員が電話対応をするのであれば、かけ直すぐらいの配慮はあった方がいいと思います。 I made a reservation for a car inspection online at 16:30.
