★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フリーダイヤルから電話かかってきて出たらホンダカーズ愛知の車検の電話だったんだけど、電話番号調べたら、営業代行の電話番号だった。営業代行に名前車種車番電話番号教えたってことだよね？漏洩することはないんだろうけど、あんま感じのいいものじゃないなーって思った。営業って代行に頼むもの？トヨタカローラとか愛知トヨタは営業代行じゃなくて店舗から電話かけてくるのにな〜。
When I received a call from the toll-free number, it was a car inspection by Honda Cars Aichi, but when I checked the phone number, it was the sales agent's phone number. You told the sales agent your name, car number, phone number, right? It won't be leaked, but I thought it wasn't that nice. Is sales something you ask for? Toyota Corolla or Aichi Toyota is not a sales agent but calls from the store.

キー残量少ないで、電池交換してもらえました。
I was happy because the shop staff popped out in a bright atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ会って15分の試乗の車内で年齢や家族構成を細々と聞いてくる。住所を書くように強く言われ書いたら、翌日、郵便物以外立ち入りお断り表示の敷地内にチラシを入れていく。客の気持ち関係なく売るために押しまくる感じ。
I still meet and ask about my age and family structure in the 15-minute test drive. If you are strongly asked to write your address, the next day, you will put a leaflet on the premises where you will not be allowed to enter except for mail. It feels like pushing to sell regardless of the customer's feelings.

午前１１時なのに凄く混んで居ましたが
スタッフの対応は良かったと思います。
修理車は１０万キロ越えの軽なのに走行距離たった５０００キロの代車を貸してくださいました(^-^)
I visited today to replace the windshield.
It was 11am but it was very crowded
I think the staff's response was good.
Although the repair car is light over 100,000 km, I lent a substitute car with a mileage of only 5000 km (^-^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当・整備・従業員が一新され、信頼ガタ落ち。店長が変わって挨拶がないとかこのお店ではじめて。勝手に車買ってくれるんだろう。何度もここで新車購入しましたが、もう絶対ここでは買わない。点検とか気になる事があってもほんと行きたくない。
The person in charge, maintenance, and employees have been renewed, and the trust has dropped. It's the first time in this store that the store manager has changed and there is no greeting. They will buy a car without permission. I bought a new car here many times, but I will never buy it here anymore. I really don't want to go even if I have something to worry about, such as inspection.
