く	くま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を購入してからいつも点検でお世話になっていたので、先日貰い事故に合った際の修理もお願いしました。相手方が修理に出していないが為に協定が締結ならないとかで、HONDAさんにお金が入らないから売掛金になってしまう。そのため私の方で修理代を全額立て替えして払わないと修理の完了した車は渡せないと言われました。事故の時自分で払わない為に保険に入っているのに何で私が払わないと行けないのか。たとえ売掛金になったとしても修理に出さない相手方のせいであって私には関係ないと思います。そこは相手方の保険会社と話し合うべきとこでは無いでしょうか？その対応が納得できません。いつも利用していたのに担当の方が変わった途端にこの対応。貝沢店のHONDAさんの対応にはガッカリしました。 Since I bought the car, I was always taken care of by the inspection, so I asked for repairs when I got an accident the other day. Even if it becomes an account receivable, I don't think it has anything to do with me because it is the other party who does not send it for repair. Isn't that the place to discuss with the insurance company of the other party? I'm not convinced of the response. This response as soon as the person in charge changed even though I was using it all the time. I was disappointed with HONDA's response at the Kaizawa store.
