★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検が切れているのに、なんの連絡も貰えなかった。気付かないのが悪かったけど、新車で買った車だし、アフターフォローとして間近での確認連絡とかが欲しかった。
前回の点検では、ブレーキが効かなくなり、再点検となったが、その原因の説明などももらえなかった。点検してブレーキが効かなくなって返ってくるってどういうこと？
他の時は、少し不具合を言っても「ホンダの車に限ってそんなことはない‼︎」と、かえって馬鹿にされ、予約して点検に持って行ったのに「何しに来たんだ？」と聞かれたこともあった。
きっと、女性を下に見ている方が多いのかな？と思う。
Even though the vehicle inspection has expired, I didn't get any contact. It was bad that I didn't notice it, but it was a new car I bought, and I wanted a close confirmation contact as an after-sales follow-up.
In the previous inspection, the brakes did not work and I had to re-inspect, but I could not get an explanation of the cause. What does it mean to check and the brakes do not work and come back?
At other times, even if I said a little trouble, I was fooled by saying, "This is not the case with Honda cars!", And I made a reservation and took it for inspection, but "What did you come to?" I was also asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、車の前輪の上の空間に子猫が入り込んでしまい、ボンネットを開けても見つからず、夏前で暑い季節で、猫の体力も心配で藁にもすがる思いで、尋ねたところ、快く救出を試みてくれました。しかも整備士さん3人も出て来てくれました。さすがにプロで、あっというまに発見し、救出となりました。整備士さん達の真剣な眼差しや作業に心を打たれました。信頼できる店舗だなーと改めて思いました！
ちなみに子猫は、何かの縁だと思い、責任もって飼うことにしました。名前はホンダさんの一字をもらい、「ほの」としました。動物病院に連れて行ったところ、女の子で無事に元気でした。
責任者さんや受付の方、整備士さん本当にありがとうございました。
The other day, a kitten got into the space above the front wheel of the car, and I couldn't find it even if I opened the hood. He tried. Moreover, three mechanics also came out. As expected, he was a professional, and he discovered it in a blink of an eye and was rescued. I was impressed by the serious eyes and work of the mechanics. I thought again that it is a reliable store!
By the way, I thought that the kitten had something to do with it, so I decided to keep it responsibly. I got a letter from Honda and named it "Hono". When I took him to a veterinary clinic, he was a girl and was fine.
Thank you very much to the person in charge, the receptionist, and the mechanic.
