★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道16号線沿いにあって気軽に立ち寄れる。ファミリーユースの車種ばかり通りに面した場所て展示されているが、奥の駐車スペースにはM3,M6のほか、Hybrid 7なども置いてある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業から10分程と聞いていた作業を日時予約して伺ったが１時間程かかった。混んでいるならその旨説明すれば理解するのにそれも無い。途中経過の説明も無い。ドリンクサービスも無い。国産メーカーの販社では当たり前だったのでとても驚いている。今回が２度目なのでBMWはもう無いかな。
I made a reservation for the work that I heard about 10 minutes from the business, but it took about 1 hour. If it's crowded, if you explain that, it's hard to understand. There is no explanation of the progress. There is no drink service. I was very surprised because it was commonplace at the sales companies of domestic manufacturers. This is the second time, so I wonder if there is no BMW anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 認定中古車(走行距離5000以下)を買ったが、エンジン内の部品がビニールテープで巻かれて納車され、乗って1時間で部品が外れアラームがでた。
別ディーラーに見てもらったが、気づかないわけはなくひどい状態との事。
ここの営業に指摘をし、きちんと点検したのか聞いたが見たとは思いますの一点張り。
当然ながら部品代などは持ってもらった。
他の不具合があったらどうするか聞いたが、その時は相談で…と言われた。
結局別ディーラーで全てきちんと見てもらいました。(費用も当然持ってもらった)
納車点検とは一体なんなのか。
ここでは二度と買いません。

What is a car delivery inspection?
I will never buy it here.
