納車日に乗って帰る途中に、車内に割れている箇所があり電話で確認したら、「気がつきませんでした」との事でした。30センチ近い割れを気がつかないなら、どうやって見積もりを出したのか不信感しかありませんでした。
その後、点検等はお世話になっている別の店舗でお願いする旨を伝え、今後のＤＭや連絡は一切不要と何度お願いしても、しつこく送ってきます。
何度もこれまでの経緯を説明して、何度もお願いして、何度も「もう送らないよう手配します」と約束しても送ってきます。
個人情報の取り扱いがどうなってるのか疑います。
