高	高野俊行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セールス、サービス共に若手のかたが担当してくれていますが、全く問題ありません。はっきりとした言葉での対応をしてもらい、交換が持てます。転居してからのお付き合いで、このディーラーで車を購入したわけではないのですが、よく対応してくれていると思います。他県のディーラーから、全てのメンテナンスデータを移動させ、こちらにお世話になってます。 Young people are in charge of both sales and service, but there is no problem at all. We have you deal with clear word and can have exchange. I didn't buy a car at this dealer because of my relationship after relocating, but I think it's a good deal. We move all maintenance data from dealers in other prefectures and take care of it here.

8	8 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検を予約するとき３０分位ですと言われたが３０分でちゃんとした点検ができるのか？実際は１時間位待ったが店側が言うとおり実作業が３０分程度だとしたら不安。今までそんなディーラー整備は体験した事がない。営業時間が短縮になってる事もあり代車を出してくれればいいので急がずしっかりみて欲しいといっても会社の方針で代車は出さないそうだ。購入店なのに交換整備を依頼した際部品代を先払いしてくれと言われた。実際の支払いは何の説明もなく部品代だけでなく工賃も請求してきた。同僚が同系列他店を利用していたのでこの事を聞いてみたが初回は同じように請求されて驚いたが次回は整備後に支払ったとの事。だが問いただしてもそんなはずはないというだけ。同僚に明細を用意してもらう相談をしたがここは証拠を揃えて回答求めても言葉を濁すだけなので途中でやめた。悔しいが次の車検までに任せられる整備工場を探している。 When I made a reservation for inspection, I was told that it was about 30 minutes, but can I do a proper inspection in 30 minutes? ぱ	ぱおぱん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カタログを見てオプション後付けしたいと思って電話で取付費用を聞きました。するとカタログに記載の時間プラス30分ほど多く工賃が発生すると言われました。どうゆう事なのかたずねると、カタログ記載の時間では取付が終わらないない事があると言われました。納得いかなかったので、同じ系列会社の草加店に見積りをお願いしたところ、カタログ記載の時間の工賃しか費用が発生しませんでした。店舗毎に工賃システムが違うのかもしれませんが、私は三郷中央店には二度とお願いしません。皆さんも試しに三郷中央店と草加店で見積りを比べてみてください。 I looked at the catalog and asked about the installation cost over the phone because I wanted to add an option later.
