素人同然の雑な絵の具の様なボコボコの塗装
これならしないほうが良かったのでは？と思いました。
しかも、何もこちらには言わず、あたかも最初からこうだったかの様な対応
購入者を小馬鹿にした様な対応するんじゃ無いよ！
10万キロぐらい走りましたが、オルタネーターとオートマミッションとECU？が故障しました。運が悪いのか何なのか、修理費用は車体価格を優に超えました。

とても親切に対応していただき、料金説明なども分かりやすかったです。
整備内容は、実際に車体の下側を見せて頂きながらの説明だったので、とても分かりやすかったです。
車検メニューには無かった洗車も無料で対応してくださいました。
店内も広くてキレイで、ドリンク飲み放題やフリーWi-Fiもあり、待ち時間も苦にらなかったです。サービス面も良いと思います。
車検費用も安く抑えることができ、対応もとても良かったのでまた利用させて頂きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検で利用ましたが、ホームページでは記載されてないヘッドライト調整、サイドスリップなど7000円近くは、車の状態に関わらずプラスで絶対かかると説明を受けました。
おかしいと思い、本当にズレてたら直すからと言って検査してもらったら、結局あまりズレがなくて料金かかりませんでした。そもそも必要な作業かどうかもわからないのに、検査もせずに料金絶対プラスするって。。。
これから行かれる人は、何も見ないとプラスされてますので、本当に必要な作業か確認した方が良いと思います。
ただ、作業自体は本当に早かったので、それは満足してます。
オーナーさんからの返信が回答になってない気がしますが、コースうんぬん以前に、そもそも任意な作業に対して、絶対かかるといってプラスされてたという点がおかしいと思ってます。
レビューも全体的に高いので、対応した店員さんによって違うのかもしれませんが、いずれにしても行かれる際は確認した方が良いと思います。
