★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居する時の対応はいいけど、騒音の問題や水道管の問題の電話をコールセンターにした際の対応が遅い。できれば土日も対応して欲しい。こっちは緊急で連絡したのに。
The response when moving in is good, but the response when calling the call center for noise problems and water pipe problems is slow. If possible, I would like you to respond on Saturdays and Sundays. I contacted you urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパートの内見の事でメールでやり取りしていたが、日時を聞いといて全く何も連絡がなくそこから１週間。こちらから直接電話をすると、すみませんでしたの一言。？？こちらは予定もありその日しか内見できなかった為そのアパート諦めました。こんなに対応が悪い酷い不動産屋に初めて出会いました。県外から来て内見の予定だった為、本当に残念。もう二度と関わりたくないです
I was exchanging emails about the inside of the apartment, but when I asked for the date and time, I didn't get any contact at all and it was a week since then. I'm sorry to call you directly from here. ?? ?? I gave up the apartment because I had a plan and could only see it on that day. For the first time, I met a terrible real estate agent with such a bad response. It's really disappointing because I was planning to come from outside the prefecture for a preview. I don't want to get involved again
