上	上田正幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばは、美味しい。しかし、味噌汁が最悪。味が薄い、出汁がまるで、ない。これを客に提供する、調理スタッフの『味覚』に、感激(?)。 Soba is delicious. However, miso soup is the worst. The taste is light, the soup stock is totally nonexistent. I was deeply moved (?) by the "taste" of the cooking staff who provided this to customers.
