青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年11月20日(水)に寿々家岩槻本店を訪れました。お店の造りは1階にカウンター席とテーブル席があります。カウンター席の前には大きな生簀があり、それをコの字に囲むようにカウンター席が配置されています。客層は老若男女幅広く、店内ではBGMなどは流れておらず静かです。カウンター席に着くと熱い緑茶が出されました。ランチメニューの海鮮椀を食しました。味噌汁がついて税抜1500円で税込1650円です。海鮮椀は大きな器で運ばれてきました。まぐろ赤身の握り、白身の握り、鯛の握り、茄子の漬物の握り、蕪の握り、鯛のお刺身、ホタテのお刺身、玉子焼き、茹でられた海老、混ぜ御飯、イクラがのせられた酢飯など色鮮やかで見た目も楽しめます。握りのネタや刺身は身が引き締まっていて風味も良いです。茄子の漬物や蕪なども清涼な味わいです。酢飯のしめ具合もちょうど良く、ほのかな甘みと清涼感があります。味噌汁の具材は豆腐、わかめ、葱のシンプルなものであり、味わいがある良い出汁が出ていました。たびたびお茶をかえに来てくれて接客も良かったです。大変に美味しかったです。 I visited the Kotobukiya Iwatsuki Main Store on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
