★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「俺たちが雇ってやっているんだ」と言わんばかりの対応を職員がしてきます。媚び諂わないと女性スタッフは見るからに機嫌が悪くなります。人の気持ちとか状況の理解が出来ません、一方的に指示を出すだけで事情はお構いなしです。派遣で働く人間を底辺だと思っており、クライアントに迷惑をかけるな！と見下して見張っている感じです。良い所としてはこの手の会社にしては福利厚生はしっかりしています。主婦で長く欠勤しないで働ける人にはいいかと思います。親会社がきちんとしているためなのか、派遣先もそんなに悪い所では無いです。しかしあの女性スタッフの態度は酷すぎると思いました、二度と関わりたくありません
The staff will respond as if "we are hiring and doing it". If you don't flirt, the female staff will be in a bad mood because you see it. I can't understand people's feelings or situations, and I don't care about the situation just by giving instructions unilaterally. I think the people who work on dispatch are at the bottom, so don't bother your clients! I feel like I'm watching down. The good news is that the benefits are solid for a company of this kind. I think it's good for housewives who can work without absenteeism for a long time. Perhaps because the parent company is decent, the dispatch destination is not so bad. But I thought that female staff's attitude was too terrible, I don't want to get involved again
