★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体調不良でお休みしたら、「何でお休みしたのですか」と詳しく事情聴取のように質問たくさんされてしまいました。しまいには、体調回復までどのくらいの時間がかかるか分からないのに、「欠勤のないようにお願いします」と言われました。
派遣会社数社で就労したことがありますが、体調不良でお休みをして、このように色々聞いてきた会社は初めてで、信用されていないと思い、気持ちよく労働がしにくくなってしまいました。
体調不良であまり色々質問しないでいただきたいです。また回復が中途半端なところで出勤してもまた体調が悪化してしまう可能性があるため、完治してから出勤するようにという一言だけでもしていただきたかったです。
