C	Chabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋駅の商業施設シャポーの中にある中華料理の「福満園」さんにランチで伺いました。二種味わい中華セットはいくつなのメニューから二種類選ぶことができます。今回は麻婆豆腐と八宝菜をチョイス。目を引いた黒チャーハンも食べたかったので単品でいただきました。麻婆豆腐はまずまず。黒炒飯は上海の溜まり醤油で味付けしているとのことで、少し濃い目の味付けですが美味しかったです！ We visited the Chinese restaurant "Fukumanen" in the commercial facility Chapo at Funabashi Station for lunch. 野	野菜てんこ盛り on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20220110 担々麺だけに絞りますが、ここの担々麺を食べに訪問することは２度とないです。長く船橋シャポーにある中華料理のお店でお惣菜とかは普通に美味しいお店。惣菜は美味しいので担々麺もそれなりの味を期待して訪問しました。麺硬めで注文して5分程で着丼。まずはスープを1口。地味な辛さはあるがコクはなく、旨味が足らない。続いて麺ですが、博多らーめんの様な細麺のストレート。ズルットいくと、スープが絡まない。もしくはスープに元々コクや旨味が足りないからかもしれません。次に肉味噌ですが、肉味噌ではなくソボロですね。野菜はモヤシのシャキシャキ感はありますがこれは担々麺なんだろうか？ちょっと辛めのゴマ風味らーめんでは・・・と思いました。最後にソボロとスープを一緒に食べると、やっと旨味が足された感じがしました。感想としては担々麺風らーめんという感じで、これを食べるならインスタントの方が良いかと思います。 20220110 I will focus on dandan noodles only, but I will never visit here to eat dandan noodles.
