★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在の船橋駅周辺で、昭和な中華料理を食べたいと思ったら、ここに行けば美味しい料理を頂けると考えています。
夜22時手前に入店したのにも関わらず、一粒一粒のご飯をラードと卵で完全にコーティングした炒飯を安価に頂戴できました。付け合わせの醤油味スープも炒飯に良く合って、追加の調味料知らずでした。
先日再訪したら卵のコーティングは無くなって、平均的な炒り玉子入りの炒飯になっていました。また常連客と覚しき年配男性たちが喫煙し放題でした。美味しい事は美味しいのですが、満点からは評価を下げます。
しかし繰り返しますが、平均点をかなり上回る、とても美味しい中華料理店という評価自体は変えません。

お店の界隈、再開発に向け更地が増えましたが、
市から退去の話はまだ無いそうで営業はまだ続けると、
女将さん仰っていました。
―――――
昭和な感じで、懐かしみながら落ち着いて食事出来ました。
接客と材料の仕込みは旦那さん。調理は女将さん。役割分担が明確でした。
店内に飾られていた記事だと店主は女将さんのようです。
いただいた、五目そばも中華丼も繊細な味付け。
五目そばは、塩味ベース。胡椒プラスで尚旨し！
中華丼は、食べていくと生姜ベースの餡かけが、とてつもない発汗を促してくれました！
逆にオムライスは、ケチャップとデミグラスソース合わせたねっちょり系チキンライスに、薄焼き卵を乗せただけ。
ですが、乳製品嫌いの嫁も完食したので満足してもらえたのであろうと。
そして、ラーメン。素朴です。
わちゃわちゃした食事の道を整えてくれました。チャーシューも噛むほど味が出てきて美味しかったー
再開発でこの界隈どうなるのかわかりませんが、残って欲しい店舗です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 町の中華本に載っておりお昼に行きました。ソースラーメンは優しいサッパリ味ですが1.5の麺で男性も満足な量だと思います。チャーハンも美味しかったです。お値段もソースラーメンはダントツに安いです。昔ながらの近所のラーメン店で気取らず食べられます。
