★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで一番最悪な管理会社でした。物件は壊れたまま貸しましたよね！何回電話しても対応が適当で大家さんと連絡取れないので、勝手に直せないと言われました。不動産屋は何の為に存在しているんでしょうか？大家さんといつまでも連絡取れない場合はもう修理してくれないでしょ！引っ越してから、キッチンはずっと真っ暗で、おかしくないですか？もっといっぱい問題があるから、2ヶ月分の敷金と1.1ヶ月分の手数料を支払ったのに最悪です！よくこんな雑な対応で70年間も営業できましたね。ここで契約したことを後悔しています。絶対におすすめしません。

絶対に止めた方がいいと思います。
とっても不親切です。トラブルがあったときに一切対応してもらえません。
入居中に設備の故障や騒音の問題等で相談しましたが何もしてもらえませんでした。困っているのに高圧的でそっけない対応をされて悲しくなります。
また賃貸の契約書も借主に相当不利な内容が書かれています。
物件を検討中の方は本当によく考えて後悔しないようにしてください。

退去日に疑問を抱いていたので連絡したら若い女の人？がなぜかいらいらしていて、強い言葉で対応されました。オーナーさんとの交渉するための退去費交渉の資料を送って待っていましたが不動産の方がなぜなのかか親に請求書を送り勝手に親に支払わせていました。やり方がえぐいですね。交渉中だと思って待っていました。返事が遅いなとも思っていました。あほくさいんでこんなとこやめましょう。存在が不快です。
